i have a new Idle Fast drop Server the plugin is from Panduh

and i have a problem the People have Blackscreen when they join on Server just in the idle mode they dont have blackscreen

i dont know what is the Problem ??

Its a Command i must do ??

And the Second question is when map changes dont come the Motd just skipping the mode its a command i must do or what ??
