Server Rules werden nicht angezeigt?

Hallo habe mir das Plugin gedownloadet und bearbeitet

Menu Based Rules (1.5.1, Updated: 10/29/0
jedoch werden sie im Spiel nicht angezeigt habt ihr ne ahnung woran es liegen könnte?

Ich drücke meine Augen mit der Frage zu: Hat das plugin eine einstellung zur Sichtbarkeit für User/Admins? Das die evtl. nicht gesetzt wurde.

Das weis ich nicht!
Brauche unbedingt ein Regel Plugin von Sm.Wenn der Spieler auf dem Server Joint in ein Team reingeht und dann sollten die Regeln kommen!
