Release Notes for 5/29/2024

Fixed a bug where the console toggle key would stop working after a Premier pick/ban phase
The game now continues accepting keyboard input while a scoreboard player card is open
Joystick input is now ignored by default. Joystick input is not an officially supported feature of CS2, but you can restore the old behavior with the -joy launch option

UnitedInternet/GMX/Web.de/1und1 “Warnt” neuerdings beim Aufruf schön mit einem “Die Sicherheit ihres Rechners wird durch ein <Browsername hier> Add-On eingeschränkt”.

Folgt man der “Hilfe” um dies zu beheben wird einem schön eingeflößt u.a. das Addon “Adblock” zu entfernen. http://www.browsersicherheit.info/ NICE TRY!

Es mag zwar sein das es gefälschte Add-Ons diverser Populärer Erweiterungen gibt, aber die Warnung gibt es auch wenn es sich um ein original Add-On handelt.

Windows 8 / Windows Server 2012 auf Festplatten kleiner als 90GB installieren

Windows 8 / Windows Server 2012 weigert sich auf Festplatten mit weniger als 90GB zu installieren.

Dies ist vor allem ärgerlich bei kleinen SSD’s oder Virtuellen Servern.

Mit einem einfachen Trick kann man Windows 8 / 2012 aber doch dazu bewegen auf kleineren Partitionen zu installieren. Völlig ohne geändertem Installationsmedium.

Installiert wird Windows 8 / 2012 erst völlig normal vom gewünschten Medium. Also ISO (bsp. VM) oder DVD.
