Open Server

What is the command to open a server in console? Or, what is the command to change ip from localhost to myip:27016 ?

Read the Tutorial. There is a link for the hldsupdatetool, which can download Serverfiles for many Mods with the Oldsource Engine and Source Engine.

You can start a Server with Steam-Tools too. Direct-Link for Steam: steam://install/205
