Sourcemods Msay in script

Hi,
Ich habe eine frage gibt es einen befehl wie Print to Chat All aber so das er es nicht wie eine Chat nachricht asugibt sondern so was wie !msay als admin oder muss ich dafür ein Menu definieren?

Meinst du das es farbig ist oder das dort ein Prefix (z.B. Admin) steht?

Was genau brauchst du denn?
Willst du für normale User den befehl !msay haben oder wie?
Also du willst aufjedenfall ein neues Plugin auf deinem Server, entweder CSS oder CS:GO oder vielleicht auch TF2?
Vielleicht kann dir hier jemand weiterhelfen, falls du deine Anfrage klarer formulieren würdest.
