Sounds werden nicht geladen

Hallo bin neu hier und ich kenne mich noch nicht so aus aber ich habe ein problem mit mein server die sound werden nicht abgespielt egal welche es sind ich habe bullet time drauf und da zeigt die console mir an Failed to load sound "music\mb_bullettime\exit.mp3", file probably missing from disk/repository
ich weiß nicht woran das liegt die datei ist auf dem fastdl drauf
