Round End verlängerung

Hallo liebes Forum,
ich suche eine Methode oder ein Plugin (z.b. bulletime für Sourcemod) das wenn die Runde zuende ist das man etwas länger als 2-4 sekunden rum laufen kann so ca. 5-6 (oder höher)
Finde aber keine wirklichn guten :( könnt ihr mir weiter helfen ?

Hi,
gibt einen Befehl dafür:
zb. in die Server.cfg: mp_round_restart_delay 10 //10sec delay nach einer Runde, wenn ein Team gewonnen hat.
