Anti 1 Push - Plugin?

Hallo,
ich suche ein Plugin, welche bei einem Mapvote verhindert, dass man die 1 Pushen kann, ich habe das bereits auf einem Server gesehen, da stand dann:

1. Überlege dir nochmal, welche Map du voten möchtest
2. Mapname1
3. Mapname2
4. Mapname3
