Probleme mit Admin_overrides.cfg

Hallo,
Leute ich hab ein Problem mit Admin_overrides.cfg.
Drin stehen hab ich:

Overrides

Spoiler

sm_slay "o"
sm_slap "o"
sm_kick "o"
}

Und mir hab ich die Rechte "O" auch gegeben.
Es geht aber nicht...

Ich habe es auch so versucht:

Hast du dir auch den Flag (b) gegeben ohne den bist du kein Admin ???

Hab es geschafft hab einfach Sourcemod neu drauf geladen :D
Hab aber noch eine kleine frage.

Ich besitze dieses Plugin hier.

Und ich kenne mich wenig mit Eventscript aus.
Und ich hab das hier gemacht.
esc.tell(ev['userid'], '#multi', '#redHallo!')
oben hab ich auch import esc
Funktioniert aber nicht

Du gibst uns auch kaum Infos um dir zu helfen.

z.B. Wo führst du esc.tell() aus?

Das ist so ein Regeln Plugin. Und da soll halt stehen Hallo lies dir die Regeln durch beim Roundstart die Message geht aber mit es.tell-.-
Wenn ich sie so mache "esc.tell(userid, '#redHallo!')" Ist sie Rot und auch so wie ich das möchte aber dann wenn da so eine Map Message kommt steht da dann auch immer Hallo danach zb Map by Jackmaster und dadrunter steht dann Hallo. Bei Consolen Nachrichten.
