SM Problem

Hallo Community,
ich hatte eine lange source pause und habe nun wieder einen server am start.
nun bekomm ich sm nicht zum laufen. hat sich da im laufe der zeit was geändert?

also metamod läuft allerdings werden keine plugins geladen,
ist sm grade outdated? installiert müsst ich alles richtig haben

addons & cfg ordner in cstrike
aus addons/metamod die sourcemod.vdf kopiert in addons
metamod.vdf
was fehlt?
