Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Update Released

Client update for 12/4/2013

[MISC]
- Fixed a problem with stickers on ATI GPUs.
- Fixed tooltip positioning for items at the edge of the screen.
- Fixed a rare case where clients could get stuck in the competitive search queue when Steam servers were experiencing heavy load.
