Datenbank Problem

Guten Morgen, ich wollte auf meinem BunnyHop Server dieses Plugin installieren, CS:GO Timer 2.0.6.
Allerdings bekomme ich einige Fehlermeldungen.

Das Problem ist nun, dass er auf die Datenbank nicht zugreifen kann, ich weiß auch nicht warum.

Hatte den Fehler nach Reboot des Server auch mal. Im tmp Verzeichnis fehlte der Link zur mysql.sock.

Zum Beispiel mit: ln -s /var/run/mysqld/mysqld.sock /tmp/mysql.sock kannst du den wieder anlegen.

Ich habe vergessen zu erwähnen, dass ich ein Webspace habe. Und dort habe ich auf diesen Ordner keinen Zugriff. Über ein Externes Programm funktioniert es, aber über unseren Root irgendwie nicht

Den Symlink braucht man nur zu setzen, wenn man über einen POSIX Local Inter-Process Communication Socket die Verbindung aufbaut. Sourcemod macht das, wenn man 127.0.0.1 bzw. localhost verwendet. Genau genommen ist das Verhalten völlig falsch. Früher konnte man den Pfad zum Mysql-Socket angeben. Das spielt aber keine Rolle, sobald es sich um eine externe IP handelt. Dann wird die Verbindung über TCP aufgebaut und nicht über einen Unix Domain Socket.

Es sieht eher danach aus, dass die Extension für mysql aufgrund einer fehlenden Lib nicht geladen werden konnte. Der Befehl "sm exts list" listet die die geladenen Extensions auf und zeigt ggf. auch welche Extension nicht geladen werden konnte.

[13] <FAILED> file "dbi.mysql.ext.so": libz.so.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Diese Fehlermeldung wird angezeigt, wenn ich sm exts list eingebe.

Habe in einem alten Beitrag von DeaD EyE die Lösung meines Problems gefunden.

Mittlerweile habe ich alles soweit installiert. Habe allerdings nur noch ein Problem.

8.) Restart your server and have fun creating zones.
(It's possible to import your old Timer 1.0.x Zones)

Was habe ich nun zu tun?

Öffnest einfach das Admin Menü mit sm_admin, dann gehst du auf Timer Management ;) Dort findest du alle Befehle die du erstmal so brauchst. Ansonsten schreibst du hier einfach nochmal, wenn etwas unklar sein sollte.

Ich habe leider nicht die Zeit eine komplette Dokumentation für meinen Timer zu schreiben, das wird noch einige Zeit brauchen...sind einfach zu viele andere Sachen auf der Todo-Liste ;)
