GMod Server trotzd Update nicht "Up to date"

Hiho,

ich hab auf nem Win Server 2012 per SteamCMD nen GMod Server mit TTT und Prop_Hunt aufgesetzt. Nun ist dieser seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr erreichbar. Die Clients kommen nicht mehr drauf, Fehlermeldung in der Console ist, dass der Server nicht up 2 date wäre. Habe allerdings schon per

app_update 4020 validate
den Server an sich geupdatet. Was mache ich falsch?

app_update 4020 validate -> Installieren
app_update 4020 -> Updaten

Probier es mit der 2ten Variante.
