Benötige Hilfe, Server stürzt ab

Moin zusammen!
Ich weiß mittlerweile echt nicht weiter....
Habe meinen Server nun endlich soweit fertig , aber nun fängt er an abzutürzen. Problem ist: Ich weiß nicht wieso/weshalb/warum >.<
Habe diverse Plugins drauf und die abstürze passieren einige Minuten nachdem man Befehle eingibt, z.B. rank, rtv, etc..
Lustig ist auch, das es mal passiert und mal nicht , dementsprechend steht auch immer was anderes in den Logs, die letzten füge ich euch bei.
Ich hoffe mir kann wer helfen und wäre euch super dankbar!!!!

Hi Bara, danke für deine Antwort!
Es muss nicht zwingend an RTV liegen, reicht auch wenn man Rank eingibt, habe aber GameMe runtergemacht
Aber werde deinem vorschlag mal folgen
