Admin Problem

Hallo , bin neu wusste also nicht wo das reinkommt...

mein problem ist das : wo muss ich meine steam iD eintragen das mich die konsole als admin ansieht? wenn ich jetzt admin eingebe stent da das ich nicht autorisiert bin bitte helft mir verzweifle schon so lange
