Info Popup gesucht

Hallo Gemeinde, ich suche für meine CSS und L4D Server ein ein Info Popup. Beim betreten der Server soll ein Popup erscheinen, in dem ich einige Regeln definieren kann. Die Server laufen mit Sourcemodt. Ein weiterer Server hat Mani drauf.
