Sourcemod 1.4.3 released

Es wurde mal wieder eine neue Sourcemodversion released.

Quoted

I'm pleased to announce that SourceMod 1.4.3 has been released.

It is strongly recommended that users of older versions update as soon as possible on any L4D, L4D2, Dino D Day, or Alien Swarm game servers. We added a workaround for an important security issue in Valve's code wherein a user's admin identification could be mishandled. Thank you to Saul Rennison for discovering this and pointing it out to us.

Other than that, this is a minor update, whose highlights include:

  • Fixed cookie menu crash issues in the clientprefs extension.
  • Updated gamedata for supported games.
  • Fixed client serials not being unique on Windows, including fixing clientprefs possibly loading the wrong cookies for players.
  • Exposed `sm exts` list to clients to mirror `sm plugins` functionality.
  • Fixed error when reloading dependant plugins using aliased natives (manifested as "Native Not Found: @" error).
  • Other bug fixes

You can get SourceMod from the downloads page. Some support links:

Many thanks to Asherkin who wrote the wide majority of the patches for this release, as well as other members of the SM community for various other fixes and functionality, including FlaminSarge, GoD-Tony, and VoiDeD.
