Builtinvotes.ext/Connect/Disconnect Nachricht

Hallo,
Ich suche die Datei builtinvotes.ext weil ich sie für ein Plugin brauche das ich besitze jedoch finde ich diese Datei nicht, mal hoffen dass ihr sie findet.
Und ich brauche ein Plugin das die Connect/Disconnect Nachricht entfernt. xxx nimmt am spiel teil. & die Spectator und CT/T Nachricht. xxx go to team blabla...

Das mit dem Plugin mit dem Teams funktioniert wunderbar, jedoch funktioniert die ext nicht.
[SM] Unable to load plugin "builtinvotes_revote.smx": Required extension "BuiltinVotes" file("builtinvotes.ext") not running
