Mitgliederprofile wieder einsehbar

Die Benutzerprofile sind für Gäste wieder sichtbar. Die E-Mail Adressen werden weiterhin nicht für Gäste angezeigt.
Die Einstellung habe ich geändert, damit auch die Userblogs für Gäste einsehbar sind. Das ging vorher nicht,
da für die Anzeige der Artikel eines Userblogs auch der Zugriff auf das Profil erlaubt sein muss.
